Default Who's keeping Sympodium?

I have had mine for 2 or 3 months. It hasn't grown at all. It is under 4x24w T5s. The tank is pretty dirty. It has good color, just doesn't grow. Some patches of it are much bluer than others. It is in my Zoa tank with no skimmer. What are your guys' experiences?

Here's mine:

I've had the same issue with mine. Great color and polyp expansion, but literally zero growth.

I've talked to a few friends Stateside who suggested leaning up against a semi-vertical surface. They've had much better luck with that. I figure it's worth a shot.

Hmmm, that's interesting. Mine is actually at about a 30 degree angle where it sits.

I've changed the positioning of my piece so that it's near vertical. I'll take some pictures tonight.

BTW, for anyone who's interested, J&L has some AWESOME pieces. They're sort of ugly under their stock lights, but if you have LED, they're almost... magical
