![]() weird, porites are usually total wusses when it comes to coral warfare. It does kind of look like a porites though, or a psammacora

![]() heliopora Blue ridge? My buddy has some heliopora that started out like that on a piece of L/R. Does it have light blue/white growth tips and skinny clear brown polyps. His had a weird growth pattern like gummy worms standing upright when it started to branch, not the usual ridges.

![]() It's definitely not a heliopora, and I'm not convinced it's a porites. Might be a psammacora but I'm unfamiliar with those and the pictures I've looked at aren't very clear

![]() Some kind of monti, perhaps? The third picture, on those raised bumps, it kind of looks like a M. danae. Just a guess, of course. Until I wrote this post and when I first saw the pics I was thinking "it's some kind of psammacora", but someone already suggested that!
