My buddy has two clowns with the same black spots. They seem to have appeared after they started hosting his torch coral. I think 2 years later they still have the spots.

Same here with my clowns they host in a Torch and hosted a Hammer before that. Ever since they started hosting the Hammer they have had those spots. It's been about 2 years now possibly longer.

My freckle clowns are not for sale ... Well actually if they don't spawn here shortly I might be looking for another pair, I have had the worst luck with clown fish for it. All my pairs thus far have paired, spawn danced and protected there area but never laid a batch.

aw cmon Levi........I'll give ya $400 for em.......... patience grasshopper........ Ive read that clowns can sometimes false spawn for years before they fully commit and do the nasty
