Nice tank, looks like everything is responding well to the new lights. As for fans, if you don't care about hearing a fan, get a walmart $10 clip on fan. I used one on my last tank and it worked great, pointed right at the water my heater was actually turning on in the summer. If you want it to be quiet, get a computer fan, I've got 2 on my new tank and they are near silent. They're pretty cheap too, the pain is finding the 12V adapter.

My tank in Burnaby is ~83-84 now during the day so you're not alone.

I know , even with lights off at night running about 82!
