![]() I use to have a Kole Tang that I swear would hide in the rock and play "peek-a-boo" out through a hole with one eye. Moving backwards just enough so I couldn't see his eye then forward again to see if I was still at the front of the tank. Maybe Benny had a little fishie heart attack or died of old age, sad day regardless. Sorry for the loss.

![]() It seems like it might be a blenny thing. I've had 3 different types of blenny's over the years that were all eating and doing well, then suddenly were dead for no apparent reason. Not sure why this happens but from my experience and from talking to other reefers it seems fairly common. Sorry for your loss

![]() sorry for your loss, we had a lawnmower blenny who had a similar personality, he was always front and centre when we entered the room, we replaced him but the new guy is very shy.
