![]() If it is 1/2"+Glass i would go black. A thick bead of clear doens't look good/clean well in my opinion.

![]() I used to think the same thing. After buying my current tank used which has clear I chose to build my new tank also out of clear. If you keep things clean I think it creates a more seamless illusion of ocean. I sorta find the black distracting now when I see it.

![]() No right answer here, but I prefer black as you won't see the algae and junk that builds up on the clear silicone, always looks dirty.

![]() I personally like black, my 165 is clear and I have to clean the silicone way to often for my liking. My 116 is black, I really like the look of it.
