Are the reflectors mogul and would you sell the pair without the ballast?

willing to ship as i do still have all the boxes....
havent seen that price... i just listed what is on the price tag on the box... price is flexible, especially if you take the lot... i just wanted to get an add posted.. de reflectors... i may sell seperatlly if no one takes the whole thing... wont wait too long...
