Curious on why they talked you out of the 250? Is it because your tank size? Not much price difference.
Tank was only a 150 i was running a 250 and hardly getting skim mate. They say over skimming will start to pull elements out of the tank.

I guess it makes sense, the 200 is rated for up to 400 gallons, that should be plenty enough for a 150, even if you decide to load up your tank with lots of fish and sps. I think the only reason I always go bigger is so that if I need to up-grade, I will always be ready. I think I need a 300.
