Ok will do.
The interesting thing is that at first the color was looking too yellow at least to me. The bulbs are stock Odyssea 15K. However now after what about 3 weeks the color changed to a more crisp white, almost with the blue hint ! I was planning to buy 20K bulbs from Odyssea because i did not like their 15K color but they did not have any 250W bulbs in stock so i waited and now it looks like i may even keep these 15K Odyssea bulbs.

Wow thank you for the pictures.

That looks like a custom canopy that you made for the tank. Can you share more info on it? 760 watts generates a lot of heat so are you directing the hot air out? Do the fans within the fixture work normally as intended within that canopy?

I can't really from that one image of the T5 lights, but are the reflectors just one U shape around both T5HO bulbs? Based on your pictures, it doesn't look like they are supplement any actinic. But then it also doesn't look like you have them turned on.

Default How much was your lite setup?

Just curious, how much was shipping and then duty/brokerage and HST on the light to Canada? Thanx. I saw that their 24" versions is around $169 w/ free shipping if in USA.

Shipping was free to H street postal office in Blaine WA and it was $269 USD +PayPal fees ($2.50?) so i paid like $273~ total.
I don't know how much it will be if you ship it here. i think if you plug in your address it will tel you, but for the duty/brokerage i don't know.

Just an update.
I think i will be switching to 14K Pheinix DE bulbs.
It has been two month almost, i gave it a try but still OEM 15K is too white and have some small SPS frag bleached. reduced MH DE photoperioud down to 6 hrs.
Other that that the fixture is fantastic. as advertised.

I'm thinking of ordering these lights. Did switching to the pheinix bulb make a difference. And are you still happy with these lights?
Thanks.

Sorry its not a custom canopy its just a panel to block the light from spilling in to the room, i should have taken it down.
.
yes it generates heat, my tank was 27 C with 6xTEK T5 and now its 30C. However with 2 skimmers my ORP is constant 450. So corals and fish are ok, in tropics temp goes up to 33-36C and no problems as long as O2 content is high.
Actinics are "ON" and yes they are one reflector per two bulbs. You are right it looks like they are off but they are actually on.
Both fans do work and they redirect a lot of heat up away from the fixture. Fans are silent. (for now) already have dust on them.
