Blue World Aquariums (in Victoria) sells the power supplies. I just picked one up last week.

Power supply doesn't necessarily have to be an EcoTech brand. You just need to ensure you get one that's 24 VDC, 2.5 amps & has the appropriate connector. Shop around computer repair or othe electrical supply vendors & you could get something new or used that will work.
