correct not including any equipment

once the livestock is gone all the equipment will go up for sale

Craigslist is particularly bad for "time wasting clowns" like that. I originally thought that with a forum like this, people would be more considerate of other members' time but I've also had people say that they are interested in something, want you to hold it for them and then you never hear from them again.

Yes, we've all dealt with time wasters and no shows... Especially if you're selling things. That's why it should be on a first come first get basis. I never consider corals to be sold until either paid for or they confirm they are coming with a time on the same day...
