125K is my guess, just the giesemann fixtures would add up to around 25k retail. I know when the time comes I will do the exact same thing. Who needs a sports car when you can have a giant reef tank in your garage.

I'm gonna say around $100k as well. Look at those huge tanks, and all the plumbing ! AND.....it's not like most of us where the labour to design and build all this is free, this guy had a company do all of it so there's probably $20k of LABOUR in there and then all the materials.

id say 100K just for equipment and then on top of that you have hours of planning, labor and the wood alone to match the rest of the room is about another 20K
