Default Nanocube 28 Lighting Ballast?

Hey, so a new bulb went in, and when it turned on there was a pop noise and the light won't come on. I'm thinking it's the ballast. If so, do i have to order one from JBJ? Or is there an alternative to this? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I had to get a new bulb cause the old one was burnt out, or at least that's what I thought.
