![]() The simple rule of thumb is if you have open sores, dont handle them with your bare hands, wear eye protection if you are cutting frags, and wash your hands with soap and water when you are done handling them. This is standard with a lot of corals. What you don't know can make you very sick or worse. There are lots of things this applies too, reef related and non reef related.

![]() I don't need to worry anymore... My Hippo Tang has developed a taste for Zoa's and has devoured hundreds, if not thousands of them. So now all my pretty zoa's are gone.

I have quite a few of those as well. I used to cut them off with scissors and siphon them up, but lately I've been using sodium hydroxide on them and they are pretty much gone now.
