If you don't mind going to the states Salty Supply has them for $739.74 shipping included via USPS (no brokerage charges this way). Not sure who in Canada has stock on them.

Aquarium Illusions in Edmonton brought in a Reef Octopus I wanted. Very competitive price and delivered on time as quoted.
