![]() Herbert is actually 5 months old today,
He is doing quite fine with his step-brothers, and thriving. After a lot of thought, I shold have named him "Nemo", I know it is quite a cliche' but he was the only surviver of his brood too.. ![]() Now the latest news.... Herbert is going to be a big brother. ![]() March, 24, 2011 - Spawning March 27, 2011 - Dad's watching over them The parents are weird, they spawn for 3 batches, then stop for months. This is the 2nd brood in a week. Ken |

![]() Just a quick update.
Herbert is doing fine with his 6 stepbrothers, he has a new 90gal home, with lots of pots and nems. Took him 5 seconds to start hosting. I was suprised, and of course, the most expensive nem in the tank. Another quick announcement... The next generation is doing fine also, after a little more reasearch. I have now figured out why Darwins are a little harder to find. They seem to only hatch out clutches of eggs no more than 50 at a time. |
