picked up my very first brain.....yup I finally got a brain

with the upcoming Red Coral move Kevin asked me to babysit something that will likely become worth their weight in gold.....hopefully Kevin will correct me if Ive got the information wrong, but Australia has banned the export of Dendrophilia......so no more Dendros boys and girls.....so if you have some Dendros, take care of them!

and Girly wanted me to post pics of the octospawn that she is trying to talk me out of, because Ive mentioned how big its getting......its taking up a fair chunk of real estate in the small tank.....but if I give it to her my sexy shrimp and one porcelain crab wont have anywhere to live

Hey you're the one who keeps telling me it's taking up too much space and that you want to sell it. I am just offering space in my tank for it so you don't have to sell it

Is it just me, or are you guys just a match made in Heaven??
And if you don't move soon, Canreef may just ban you two from posting!
I am just jealous because I wished that MY husband is as excited about my clams, corals, shrimps as you two are about each others pets!

Btw, how much light do you have over your acans, Doug?
I cannot decide if I should move mine in or out of the shade. I have 250W MH over 24".
Lenny.

I tend to think so Lenny......I think the two of us sharing the same passion is cool.....although if she does end up moving here, I think that us being together and me at Red Coral could be a really dangerous combination.......can you say 10' tank!!!

my acans are under 240 watts of T5......light is 4" of the surface and my acans are from the bottom of the tank(20" deep) to about 6" off the bottom....all fully exposed.......tee hee ....I said fully exposed .....hope that answers your que

here a few "dry" pics of the new pico tank.....still havnt found the time or motivation to set it up yet......looks to be well made from what I can tell.....I still need to pic up a couple things for it.....a wee small heater and maybe a Koralia nano....

I told ya, you don't have to sell it, it can "visit" my tank. You would need a bigger sump and skimmer if you got a bigger small tank, best just to send it my way

Ya we'd be an even better match if one of us would cave and go live with the other We're both pretty stubborn that way neither of us likes the idea of moving and leaving friends and family. But yes if we do ever live together I think at least a 10 foot tank would be in order, and it's very nice to share the same passion but it can be costly too
