Default what lighting should I use?

I'm planning to start a sw tank, 30gal (36"x12"x16") with a pair of clownfish and some corals to start.

What kind of lighting do I need for this tank? Any suggestions?

I'm looking at the Current USA - Sundial T5 HO? Is this good?

I have these in mind but just picking several of these. Any other suggestions for beginners?

umbrella, mushroom, green star polyps, colt, bubble, fox, palys, kenya tree, blue clove polyps

I still need to read up on how to raise these different types of corals. Any good sites to research?
