I ordered a bunch of stuff from him a few weeks ago and my fish came in DOA because the water got too cold during shipping and only 4 heat pads were used in a large styrofoam box.

I emailed Ken right away about it and showed him pictures, and we have arranged for me to do a reorder of the fish for the same price once the weather is a little warmer.

Communication has been extremely good with them.
