I'm just wondering if thats a pair of harlequin shrimp in one of the pics. Wondering how they're doing in a reef system as I've only really seen them in species tanks.

Interesting, i haven't notice any problems with my zoas, but it does explain a few snail deaths.

I wish they were a pair, unfortunately they are both males, I'm currently looking for a female, and hopefully she will pair with one of the males, when i do get her.

As for how they are interacting in a reef tank compared to a species tank, I've had no problems, I've heard that they a pretty shy creature, and tend to hide alot, but my 2 seem to stay out in the open quite a bit, even catching some waves as the mp10 kicks up, they remind me of little ninjas as they tuck they're arms into there body to dive to the sand! (I'll see if i can grab a video of them doing this)

Well I haven't updated in a while so i thought i should do that

I've also been reading alot of threads about how people are kind of having issues with the Vertex Illumina light, saying that after it was added to the system they saw great improvements, and then all of a sudden the system crashed, or saw detrimental effects on the system.
I just want to say ive had my light for 5 months now and has been one of the best investments i have ever made!

Im going to do my best to try and update this more along with some more growth shots.
