Wow ronnie, those fish over at your place (ore at least that are close to you) have a darn active hobby !!

great to se the little one, hopeall the best, it is always the same proublem, I think when therewould be steady supply of the Rot, there would be way more hobby breed, but for now everyone is stuck at those darn rot.

I know that I would start praying my fish would get a hobby as yours, if I knew I had rot availeble.

defenatly something to lock into for you guys, as this is the missing link that is holding many canada wide back from breeding --- no rot to find ---

Yes Kevin actually funny you should say...we are in the works of getting live phyto, live roti and live brine culture area here at the store...one more thing on our loong list of things we want to finish setting up here in our new snazzy store. And as far as my fish and their LOVE i know its SWEET! i love the idea of oodles of captive bred fish. Hopefully in the future i will more of the lovin going on in my tank- i'm hoping my neon blue cleaner gobies get to it soon too.

start with lowering the light intensety, some gentel flow, put a book in front of the tank for some privacy and at the rate you are going at this time, we soon have another baby shower !!

got lots of roterfers-but you would have to come out to burnaby-i can also set you up with some nanochloropus as well to feed the rotefers

That is awesome...thank you. I so wish there was a bridge from Victoria to the Mainland. Bummer! I'm hoping that my 24 over night order shows up today and not monday. Although last night the babies were going after live baby brine shrimp hatchlings. Maybe because my main tank tempurature i keep it at 79 degrees F so my clowns eggs incubate for 9 days rather than the regular 7 at a temp of 80 degrees F- just a thought... but maybe that extra couple of days allows them to hatch a wee bit bigger and i'm hoping-able to swallow the live baby brine shrimp?? we will see i guess. Incubation period should not increase the size, just metabolism. The lower temp will delay the hatching to give you the time to get the rotifers. Either than that you should have them at 82 degrees.

The BBS will be too big for them for a few days still, and without the rotifers they will not grow large enough to be able to eat the BBS.

Yup Ken your right...there was a couple babes showing some interest in the BBS so i was hopeful. But slowly one by one they have perished but i will be ready in a week when the new clutch hatches-layed two days ago. And now too after the baby clown feeding frenzy the bangaii's are holding again too. So now with my roti's on their way-(they arrive today via airmail) i am definetly set up now.
