overnight is fine as long as its packaged properly and you get the package on time.

smart thing to do is check weather paterns before shipping......

Yes, he emailed me back to say that it is normal and he put in lots of heat packs. Crossing my fingers for now!

Fedex overnight is just the next step below air delivery.

In both cases heat packs would still be used. They'd just put more in if using Fedex.

its fine they spend more time then that coming here to this country in most times less than ideal conditions, in an ideal box he would have a box with a styrofoam cooler and in each cooler would be bags with water mostly filled and the frag should be mounted on styrofoam and elasticked to the frag to keep it from getting dry if the package tips and to keep it from bouncing around....lps would be different or any big pieces of coral. they should have heat packs enough for 48 hrs

a little word of advice is to take a thermometer and refracometer or hydrometer with you and get the readings on video for the sainity and temp....take pics and a video of the package immediately soon as you get it
cheers

with fragalot your lucky the frags are mounted...(sps) most are broke off thrown in a bag and sent. heat packs... came warm sometimes. if you know the time the plane arrives to the airport be there to pick it up before they put it on a truck to bounce around to your home. burc packages the frags well.. just iffy if the heatpacks last long enough or how they where fragged before shipping.

on a side note i am impressed with another company i have tried and thier 10$ frags from the same side of the country.
