Default His equipment is Top notch

I bought a few things from His Friend about a month ago and I definitely had to restrain myself from buying everything.

First of is this tank, Its unreal, the stand is SOLID cherry with burnt maple inlays. Its by far the nicest stand I have ever seen on a fish tank, The tank itself is doublewalled and so overbuilt if a meteor hit the earth tomorrow and destroyed everthing else the tank would be that last thing left. You will need a small army to move it as its so solid and well built.

The skimmer is also in showroom condition, if I wouldnt have bought his 300 BK delux off him I would have bought the deltec. Its HUGE.

His sump set-up is 2 side by side flow through sumps in series with side drilled holes to attach the pump (I bought his barracuda gold from him).

It definitely one of the nicest system I have ever seen, nothing this guy does is done half way, its well work the money.

I have a system pretty much the same (48x30x28) size in my basement that I had offered to them but I'm not ready to shut it down until my new tank is up. They have a very small budget, a time window to get this done (library is being reno'd now) and want to do a FOWLR, I think it is a great cause myself and am willing to help them out, where I can...

For everyone asking tank/equipment can be brought up to edmonton/north of calgary but there would be a delivery charge.

For your information there is no sump with the tank it needs to be run with an external sump or the stand would need a to be modified i just was told.

As for a charge i would almost have to rent a enclosed trailer or a budget van. As i have a trailer but would not want to risk damage to the tank or stand.

OK, I guess I misunderstood the first post,...I thought that there might be someone coming this way who would be willing to bring it (Edmonton or Manitoba)...Although I guess that's asking allot, that system doesn't look like a "throw it in the trunk" type of move ...I have my own trailer and truck, time is a whole other matter.

I am going to calgary with just a truck in a few weeks maybe but would never fit this all in and i would be too worried of road damage on the stand and canopy. Bringing to Edmonton was like a reactor ish small item
