![]() Just wondering what other peoples No3 is really at in there SPS tank's? I've met quite a few people who say they don't even test, and almost as many who openly admit it's not zero. Mine is at a constant 2.5 on elos. I got growth, great color's, & wicked P.E. on all coral's.

![]() mine is undetectable with my elos. I think phosphate levels play a bigger role in sps health.

![]() .2ppm on salifert last time I checked. I think most people who are successful dont test NO3 because everything looks fine. I do know when my NO3 was 20ppm on my old tank things looked like crap. I think up to 5ppm is fine though and may even help with colours from some threads I've read.

![]() I'd like to have a better skimmer, but I have an RSM 250 with no sump, & it's to close to the wall for any hang on's. I've tried vodka, but backed off because I think my skimmer isn't powerful enough. What are some good small skimmers? I think I just jacked my own thread.

![]() A Tunze Nano with a custom cup would be perfect for that tank.
