I just got 2- 30 gallon barrels from Richards packaging inc. $25 each. They are used coke plastic barrels and you have to clean them out a little. The thing is these are used for holding liquids. The rubbermaid cloths baskets are NOT

My company is just a few doors down from them, if they cause you any trouble I can speak to them

The richards site actually links to the site I mentioned lol. So the larger containers seem to be from calgaryplastic.ca
