![]() tidal simulation, also the higher flow you can produce with out jetting increases the health and color of your corals assuming everything else is adiquite also.

![]() I had a 135X turnover rate in the 94 gal, why not shoot for this or a little higher int he 30 gal. one thing I can tell you about high flow rates is that it reduces if not elimanates bleaching as I found out by taking a birdsnest from a low light tank and then fragging it up and putting the frags about 6" from the surface in my old tank. the corals should have bleached in 5 min but they didn't bleach at all.
