yeah they are most like tarnished silver.

i didnt know Canadian Tire sold corals ?

Ya Thanks a lot John. Your minimal aquascape has got me thinking of removing some rock too. The frags are gorgeous and the price phenomenal - best score I've stumbled on in this hobby yet. Troy
