ooh and If your really set on keeping SPS in the long run you might have to sell of a few of those softies, unless you are running carbon you could get some nasty chemical warfare in a tank that size.

I am running Chemi Pure Elite in the First section of the fuge. Would that be enough? Though I have no issue getting rid of the softies.

Now I just have to find some SPS frags to test it out.

well it is a matter of PAR readings when it boils down to it. If that light can produce the PAR that your SPS needs then yah, it will be ok. Other than that you then start thinking about the color spectrum to try and 'contrl' the colors of your corals.

I think that light should be good for most SPS at that depth. Other than that keep that fuge rolling and the water clean and SPS should be fairly happy in that tank.

Updated FTS and pics now.

Updates:

Changed out 70W fish need it fixture for a Oddysea 150W HQI with 2X14W T5 actinics - Replaced stock bulb with Phoenix 14K 150W bulb.

Added the following stock (and more rock):

Purple polyp birdsnest frag
Purple mushroom with red bulbbles
Large squamosa clam
Purple ric
More random shrooms
Neon GSP frag
Green milli frag
Neon Green trumpets
Red/Green/purple-green zoas (not opening?)

Also aded a Fire Shrimp, Gold Coral Banded Shrimp, and a Bi-color Dottyback.

And sorry for the crappy pics... my SLR charger went missing on me... so point and shoot it is!







Can anyone identify the macro growing near my Zoo's?
