Well, it's been awhile and alot has changed. I had to buy a new truck for work. So I am not going with a bigger tank for now. I am going to set up the 250 gal. I got the new stand and went with 36" tall, I like the room under the stand. I got the new sump built finaly and will have the tank up and running over the christmas break. Here are a few pictures of the new sump, return pump and my new to me skimmer. All I need to add is the filter sock holders. Enjoy.

Yes I am, I just can't do anything else right now. Plus the live stock isn't liking the smaller tanks.

I hope every one had a great christmas and got lots of good stuff. The tank is finaly up on the stand and in place. I got all of the plumbing done, except for the drains. I forgot to get 2" pipe, I have all the fittings. Just need the pipe. I got the dry rock I had and the sand in. Tomorrow will be the drains installed and then fill it up. Here are a few pics.

White bg I've rarely seen that I think that could look killer man. Great idea with the valves on the returns. I found 90% of my flow went to the outer outlets and valves would have been nice.

Great looking tank. You'll love the ATI skimmer, if you don't already.

What's the controller on the left for?

Wow that is a big pump. I like how your sump is sized appropriately so it can fit in the stand. Wish I had thought of that when my sump was in tiny little pieces being rebuilt. Whose idea was it to rebuild it the same size as before? Darn it all. Tanks as nicely laid out and thought/planned out as nice as this make me hate my own tank that much more. Thanks a lot Jay. Thanks a lot.

Good luck with the rest of the build, looks like a fun project.

Sorry Tony, Lmao.

The controller on the left is my reef keeper two. I like it way better than my RKL. For a softie tank it works very well and the screen is way eaiser for me to read. Thanks For the kind words every one.

And we have water. The Hammerhead pump works like a charm. I am super glad I lowered the overflow, cause the water level is at a normal level. I will get pics up in the morning.
