drivers depend on how you build so cant really get a group buy on them since everyone might want something different. I cant point you to a good place to get a driver though. just gota know what you plan on doing.

the 3rd is the best one i would like 60 pcs.
what is the brand and type of the optics,looking to get 60pcs.

for my array i love the deep blue. so i will run the blue separate than the whites,at different times of the day.
i would go with
MCE4WT-A2-0000-000M01 for the white this specific one is multi-chip LED that provides high lumen output in a small footprint 430 LMS at 350 mA
i would probably get only 5 pcs these are $er

i am using the dimmable buckpuck i am sure there are few others down in the market. they are maybe 2 square" and they fit snug in my array.
i still need to do more reaserch on the
MCE4WT-A2-0000-000M01for their driver.
but i am thinking of one led instead of few.
i got those buckpucks in calgary a little over a year ago.
