I can help you out as well if you go down the DIY LED route. The electrical part is actually very simple and virtually anyone can do it, especially if you've used a soldering iron before. The hardest part is making the fixture visually pleasing.

I just did the black friday thing at Dr.Tim's for the aqua beam stuff and controllers.
They were like 20% off or something, couldnt resist i'll let you know how brokerage works out, but they shipped FedEx which is ussually way better about duty and brokerage.
