![]() No I would say it is just a filter with different grade filters. It wouldn't take much to mod it for DI or DI/RO.

![]() I would see if the third stage can accept a DI resin cartridge and then you can add a RO unit from J&L's

![]() You could make that an RODI by replacing the last chamber with a DI cartridge and buy the white RO unit (like in the pic below) and splice it into the system.
