29G Biocube. As for lowering stress there are couple of articles you may also find published in magazine or newspaper. Some research shows lowered stress, or if in an work office, better effeciency (duno how to spell if wrong) also related to better handling stress I guess. Personally, I wouldn't call it so much as stress reducing but I can sit infront of my tank and watch the fish playing for 30+ mins...so within that period of time I am not really thinking anything...just phasing out I guess...so no stress gained for at least 30 min...lol.
