Tony if nothing materializes and I'm still looking when that time comes I'll certainly buy it off you. Far as I know the hamiltons are also very good ballasts and the guts are the same (Advance M80).

While I did find what I was looking for at a horticulture store in the USA for way more money than I want to disclose I thought I'd share this link here for others to see. Too late for me but here are M80 ballasts for a good price. Shucks.
