![]() Since upgrading my drivers to the ES models I've found TSM (Tidal Swell Mode) to work nicely in my system. Before that, I ran them in long pulse mode, anti-synch, to get a back & forth flow, but not a wave. I have two, but even with one, there's no reason not to try one of the ES modes. On a 180 you should be cranking it to 100%, unless there's something too close in front of it.

![]() I have a 4' 150 Gal with two MP40 ES pumps, I keep mine at 100% all the time usually running TSM or Reef Crest Anti Sync. I also have two Hydor Evo 1400's running in the back, it's like a cyclone in there!

![]() Read the instruction manual, and measure your glass.
It will tell you exactly what to set it @, and if you use the gasket or not. |
