Congrats, and hope all goes well for you.

As one biz owner (INC.) to another, make sure you find a very good accountant or bookkeeper. Many/most don't have a clue about incorporation and the benefits it can carry in regards to $$$$$$. A good accountant/bookkeeper can save you lots.

Have fun, being self employed can have its stresses, but alot of benefits as well.

Tell me about! We are going to be running under some government tax programs for research and need to have IMMACULATE bookkeeping. If they audit us and we've got shoddy bookkeeping we'd get the proverbial "something bad in some place terrible"

We've ended up with a pretty standard share structure with a few little twists. We're prayin' to god that we've done it right (got three MBAs working on this part so I trust them... I think).
