Looking good Doug! I'm really liking the 'scaping. I probably read it a few pages back but can't remember: Is all this rock from the other tank? Some new stuff? There's some very nice pieces there.

Thanks Lance....pretty much all of the rock that was in V1 is still in the system....if I didnt use it in the display it now lives in the sump.....there are a few new pieces that I scooped from work and used in the display....thats one of the benefits of working where I do....I can usually spend a few minutes shuffling through the new live rock shipments....one piece I took home for the re-scape is really cool....it is a near perfect figure of eight, about three inches thick and completely flat....its in the center of the tank atm, trying to become overrun with zoas......I think there is probably 100#s or so in the display and probably another 100#s of some pretty kick arse rock in the sump

you can see the hunk o rock Im talking about in the 4th pic down, very bottom rock in the "terrace"....you can sortta see the dark shadows where the voids that create the "eight are.....

This sequence of pics is left to right, looking at the tank...

I do love how the sun coral/dendros look and I do have lots of shady areas, but......there is one thing about them.....they are rather high maintenance(you know....like some girlfriends).....I have a hard time sometimes remembering to feed the fish.....let alone spot feeding each head with a piece of mysis

redric *said in a little kid from the shining type voice*
