So you just have the ballasts then and they are either 250/ 400w right

Yeah the ballasts have 4 selectable settings 250w,250hqi,400w and 400w super lumens which overdrives the bulb by 10%. they are brand new and I have 1 brand new mogul socket I can throw in.
