Default 1" Bulkheads

It seems Barry has exhausted Rona, Pisces, and Home Depot. Any other places, since he has broke four now.....

oh a tip.. when everyone says put the gasket on the water side if you turn it around... they lied.. the gasket always goes behind the flange and never the nut.. it if is behind the nut it will still alow water to leak through the threads whare as it will seal on either the water side or dry side if it is placed properly behind the head of the bulkhead.

Sometimes bulkheads crack when you over tighten them or put thread fittings in with too much teflon.

Okay we found four more @ $20 each. Can that be real ?

And in response to "How do you break a bulkhead...?"

Barry said "EASY".

Yes you can break them easy I am there with you Barry.
I just ordered some from J/L Deb for my skimmer. 1.5 " though.

That's the best place I have found. You got to wait a few days though

Have you tried the hydroponics store on Edmonton Trail? Sorry can't think of the name.

I think I got two there for under 10 bucks.
