![]() You mesh/needle wheel is broken. Which will cause an imbalance when it spins, producing a lot of vibration and noise.
Also, those metal washers I see, hope they are high quality stainless or they will eventually rush and release copper into your system. I would get them out to be safe. |

![]() alright, well lucky me i have two 1260s, one was running my chiller. I pulled it out, swaped the shafts and its quiet. I guess the shaft thing needs replacing but the motor is fine.

![]() is the shaft the magnet part or the ceramic looking skinng thing that goes down through the magnet?
the magnet part is the one that is broken it seems. I switched out the ceramic thing and it didnt make a difference its an H&S skimmer, do they have mesh wheel? if i gota buy a new needle wheel then ill just keep it needle instead of mesh. is there ehiem mesh wheel pre made somewhere? |
