Me about 2 years ago in Asia:

And me and the miss this summer on one of our many epic trips (this trip was 40 km bike ride to 35 km canoe, followed by 40 km round trip bike ride to the Pitt River Hot Springs, followed by a 35 km canoe and a 40 km bike ride. Almost 200 km in a weekend! Wheew!)

And suitin' up for the first dive of the day. Wetsuits make me feel sexy apparently (breakin' out "Blue Steel").

Did you carry the bikes in the canoes and then pull the canoes behind the bikes??

Yeah, we carried the bikes in the canoes but the canoes we rented at the lake. We pulled them onshore once we got to the North end of the lake to ride to the hot springs.Pulling a canoe with a bike would... umm... suck

That's why I was all .. Wow, a canoe AND bike trip. These are some seriously hard core world explorers! Maybe he's actually on Canreef RIGHT NOW WHILE CANOEING ACROSS THE ATLANTIC (with his reef tank and bike INSIDE THE CANOE!!!). I am not worthy!!! I am not worthy!!

Of course this means I am now less impressed. Still suitably impressed, just not as much as I was when I was picturing you guys pulling canoes on little bike trailers (or better yet, over your heads in the style of CanoeMan). Could you imagine the looks you would get though?? Epic win!!!
