![]() its the only way to go. only downside is that 8 feet long you have to be perfectly level and I mean perfect. I wasnt. im out about 1/4 of inch. the floor was level when I started filling this thing, but 3000lbs will quickly settle. I built a 2x12 post and beam support system under the floor in the basement but I suspect that there was some compression on the floor sheathing itself under the hardwood. so my left side drains faster than the right side which leaves a slow spot in the middle which causes detritis to swirl and not drain.
other than that, c2c is the best system going. if I had room I would have done it behind the tank but inside it still looks good and works fine. my fish LOVE the 8 foot long swimming space.
