The Frontosa tragically died on me for a completely unknown reason about a half a year ago
He was so gorgeous too. Had him for like 2 years and then he bit the dust after a water change one day. So weird cause no one else showed any ill effects and even he didnt show any ill effects. |

could have been float and epsom salt is the best cure. They can get float any time they are stressed. I had one that was 13" and my smallest were 5" and they all benifit from addition of epsom salt on regular basis in the water. I never had a single case of float in a year and half and the previous owner of the 13" always had float problem. For frontosas, epson salt if nearly a requirement.
