![]() Milad, that's the cyphastrea you got from me. Cyphastreas tend to be lower light corals so put it in some shade and the base should turn purple again.

thanks for info Ron, I had it at top of tank with medium flow area. I just moved it to bottom of tank to a high flow area. Is that ok? its not in the shade, just at the very bottom on a flat rock thats on the sandbed. |

![]() I would try to put it into low flow at the bottom of the tank. I have several Cyphastreas, and they don't tolerate high flow in my tank.

![]() I have two in the sand, and one is attached to rock. They don't seem to care as long as they don't get too much light. I have halides, and they literally have to be in shady spots.
