An easy way might be to order one from bulkreefsupply http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/store/...overflow-boxes otherwise I would make one out of acrylic.
I used black acrylic and used silicone to attach it to the glass, I roughed the edge of the acrylic and siliconed both inside and outside seams. http://www.canreef.com/vbulletin/sho...t=57242&page=4 -Joe
