I have access to ballasts as I work for an electrical wholesaler. Right now I have (4) 1 or 2 lamp 4' ballasts at home. Its not that hard to fix them there is a wiring diagram right on them and all the clips on the side are color coded for ease. What size is your fixture/lamp?
