I'd stay away from ALL tangs in a tank that small.

Sounds like you should get yourself a few good SW/reefkeeping books and do your homework before jumping in.

I do agree with MMAX it is always best to do a bit of research online as people have so many different opinions. And with so many questions you will get several difference answers. I have about 1/2 dozen books and about 50 bookmarked sites on all sorts of issues and have only had SW for less then a yr.

Thought I was being helpful. Didn't mean to sound offensive but with all your questions you really need to do a bunch of research before starting. There are plenty of good sites on line and lots of helpful books where you'll find the answers to your questions. All I'm saying is take it slow.

If you want you and I could get together out at my place and discuss what plan's you are thinking about. I live 10 min's east of Balckfalds. This might help a bit. PM me, I will send my # if you are interested.

lets just keep it to can reef for now. good news though i ot some live rock, not enough though just 28 pounds, currently going through the curing process. and i got a skimmer, sea clone 100, i was wondering just how much water turbulence i would need, i have 2 powerheads, and 2 aquaclears, 70 and 110, not running any media in them though cause of the whole trapping of the debris and whatnot.

thoughts?
