Fishytime, has been the local hoster a few times in the past.
Coralmaster as well. Either one of these would be a good choice if they are willing to host again for a fragswap/auction.

The Reef Network is actually doing both a frag swap and small auction that day, just for your information.
I would guess that people will have some of their more exotic frags for auction and their more common or numerous frags for sale/swap.
