![]() Using a high quality carbon through a phosban reactor helps with this. I have noticed a big difference compared to my old tanks without carbon. I hope this helps. I use the pelletized carbon (ROX). It's a bit more expensive but I think you pay for what you get.

![]() One more vote for Carbon, a day or two water should be nicely polished. If you run carbon I believe you arn't supposed to keep it in there for more than a week, otherwise it will leech out everything it absorbed...
