Hey Deb,
I agree with Steve, You must have something plugged up. Are the filters in the right way (Not trying to be a smartass) Some filters have only one opening. Another thing to check is there flow in the concentrate line? This should be restricted somewhat. I have a special type of ball valve that came with my RO, that when fully closed still lets some flow through, but increases the pressure enough to force the water through the membrane. Mike
